Forjana Slovakia
Forjana Slovakia continues the long-standing tradition of the Czech kennel Forjana, which has more than 20 years of experience breeding Siberian Huskies. On our website, you can find information about our male and female dogs, our litters, and our future breeding plans.
Our goal is to breed healthy, standard, trainable, friendly, and beautiful Huskies who are not only successful in shows but also make excellent family companions.
As a continuation of our breeding work, a new kennel named Grand Forjana was established in 2017. The same name is shared by the civic association Grand Forjana, o.z., which is dedicated to promoting breeding and education.
Experience and Support for New Breeders
Karla Forajtová, the founder of the kennel, has been dedicated to Siberian Huskies for more than 31 years. She strives to pass on her extensive experience to other breeders and actively supports them – offering advice on mating, whelping, administration, and professional examinations.
Her goal is to ensure that the new generation of breeders follows proper breeding principles, continues to educate themselves, and approaches breeding responsibly – with a focus on health, conformation, and FCI standards.
Registration and Breeding Organization
Our kennel has been registered in Slovakia since 2011, initially under the name Forjana Slovakia and since 2017 as Grand Forjana. We operate under the Slovak Club of Northern and Japanese Breeds (SKSJP) and are members of the civic association GFOZ.
SKSJP belongs to the Slovak Kennel Union (ÚKK), whose stud book SPKP issues pedigrees under the auspices of the Slovak Cynological Union (SKJ) – a member of the FCI.
Support and Community
The civic association Grand Forjana, o.z., founded in 2016, aims to promote awareness of responsible dog breeding and help new breeders with registration, breeding conditions, and care. We regularly organize meetings for breeders and dog owners from our kennel, serving as a space for sharing experience, mutual support, and community growth.
